Shipping & Returns
All items that are in-stock and can travel via UPS or FEDEX ship within 3-7 business days and arrive within 3-5 business days from the ship date. Not all items that are ordered together arrive in the same box. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email
Furniture and oversized items might need to travel via freight carrier. Oversized items will be delivered curbside unless otherwise noted. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9-5. Freight companies will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you. Some items require signature for delivery, please keep this in mind when ordering.
Expedited shipping may be available for some items for an additional fee. When your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and confirming that your package has been sent.
CUSTOM MADE ORDERS
Please Note: Custom/ Made to Order items have a lead time of 2-4.5 weeks
Occasionally, an item for sale at Suite100West has not yet been received at our distribution center or is so popular that it must be restocked. You may order a backordered item, but it will not be shipped to you until it is in stock. The expected ship date will be listed. Please note: Backorder shipping dates are subject to change in these rare instances. We will email you with any date changes.
We want you to be happy with your purchase! You can return your eligible items within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund on the merchandise cost. We do not refund original shipping charges. All items must be sent back in the original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging. If your item was sent via freight or white glove as indicated by an oversized charge, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. If your item is marked as FINAL SALE or MADE TO ORDER, it is not eligible for return.
Sometimes damages occur during the shipping process, even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition. All damage claims must be received within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please save all packaging and fill out the damaged goods form in order to file a claim. We will arrange replacement or return of the item. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email email@example.com and we will help you exchange or return the item.
